– Application Approval: All puppy purchases are subject to an application and approval process. Pelican State Cane Corso reserves the right to decline any application at our sole discretion.

– Deposit: To reserve a puppy, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit ensures your spot for a specific puppy or litter and is deducted from the total purchase price.

– Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the puppy is released to you. Failure to make the final payment by the agreed-upon deadline will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and reservation.

3. Payment Terms
– All payments, including deposits and final balances, must be made through our secure online payment processing system or other approved payment methods.

– “Non-Refundable Policy”: Deposits and final payments are strictly non-refundable. By placing a deposit or making a final payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

– In the event you are unable to complete the purchase, your deposit and payments will not be refunded, and the puppy may be made available to another approved home.

4. Health Guarantee
Pelican State Cane Corso is committed to the health and well-being of our puppies. All puppies will be examined by a licensed veterinarian and will come with health records, including vaccinations and deworming history.

While we strive to ensure our puppies are in excellent health, we cannot guarantee against unforeseen health issues once the puppy is in your care. It is the buyer’s responsibility to maintain regular veterinary care and follow our health and nutrition recommendations.

5. Ownership Agreement
– Upon purchase, the buyer agrees to the terms outlined in the “Purchase Agreement” provided by Pelican State Cane Corso, which includes commitments to proper care, nutrition, training, and spaying/neutering requirements (if applicable).

– Pelican State Cane Corso reserves the right to reclaim the puppy if the terms of the agreement are violated, or if the puppy’s welfare is at risk.

6. No Resale Policy
You agree that the puppy purchased from Pelican State Cane Corso is intended for your personal companionship and not for resale. If you are unable to keep the puppy, you must notify Pelican State Cane Corso to discuss options, including rehoming assistance.

Pelican State Cane Corso shall not be held liable for:
– Any medical, behavioral, or other expenses incurred after the puppy has been released to the buyer.

– Any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the ownership, care, or actions of the puppy.

By purchasing a puppy, you assume all responsibilities and liabilities for the puppy’s care and well-being.

8. Breeding Rights
Puppies are sold as companions and may not come with breeding rights unless explicitly stated in the purchase agreement. If breeding rights are granted, additional terms and fees will apply.
